31. Red-crested Pochard (Netta rufina)

Leading on from Pochard unsurprisingly is Red-crested Pochard. Looking a bit like a souped-up bouffant Pochard, most of the UK's breeding population of this duck is probably escapees from collections, but vagrants from mainland Europe do occur fairly regularly too.
